This article details how to import flight logs without utilizing an import connection.

DJI Controllers
CrystalSky:
Power on, plug into PC,
Press the middle (3rd) button on right-hand side of CrystalSky to open menu
Tap USB Connected from left-hand menu
Tap the blue button "Turn on USB Storage".
From PC:
Open File Explorer, find connected remote controller, head to the Flight Records folder:
F:\DJI\dji.go.v4\FlightRecord - Instead of DJI Go 4, you may select Pilot or other flight app folder.
Make a copy of the FlightRecords folder or individual logs onto your computer.
From Air Control:
Log into web dashboard, head to Manage > Flights. Select Upload Flights.
Drag and drop from the folder on your computer into the Air Control platform.
SmartController
Power on, plug in USB, and select Transfer Files.
From PC:
Open file explorer, navigate to FlightRecords folder: Smart Controller\Internal shared storage\DJI\dji.go.v4\FlightRecord and make a copy of the folder or flights onto the computer.
From Air Control:
Log into web dashboard, head to Manage > Flights. Select Upload Flights.
Drag and drop from the folder on your computer into the Air Control platform.
RC Pro/Plus
Power on, plug into PC
Swipe down to view Notifications on the left-hand side.
Make sure "Android System - USB file transfer turned on" is visible. If not, you may need tap into the menu and change settings.
From PC:
Open File Explorer, navigate to DJI RC Pro Enterprise
Navigate to DJI RC Pro Enterprise\Internal shared storage\DJI\com.dji.industry.pilot\FlightRecord . Copy the folder or needed files locally to your computer (Desktop or Downloads folder works great).
From Air Control:
Log into web dashboard, head to Manage > Flights. Select Upload Flights.
Drag and drop from the folder on your computer into the Air Control platform.
