The DJI Import integration allows enterprise users to connect their DJI account to Air Control and import historical and future flight logs.

The first step in setting up this integration is to confirm your current DJI email and password. Please head to DJI.com to do this. Entering an incorrect email or password will block you from further attempts for 30 minutes.

With your confirmed DJI email and password, log into Air Control: https://air.aloft.ai/

Head to Manage > Connections > Add Connection

Select DJI

Search for the correct user in Aloft, enter the DJI credentials, and click Connect.

There is the option to limit flights to after a specific date. This is useful if historical data has already been imported, or the drone is changing hands and you don't want to import everything.

Troubleshooting:

If Connection shows Error:

There are two main caveats with the DJI Import Connection.

  • Although you may register on the DJI website with a 20-character password, the importer only supports passwords up to 15 characters long. Please reduce password length.

  • Please avoid using randomly generated passwords that contain excessive special characters like hashtags # and underscores _ . It's best to use a simple password format like "Safeflight123!", for example.

If Connection shows Enabled but no flights:

If after setting up your connection (showing Enabled status), and allowing the initial time to sync, you can try the following steps to help update your logs in the web dashboard.

  • After flying in DJI, open the Flight Records page.

  • From there, force the sync function.

  • In some apps, there will be a toggle to turn off and back on to refresh.

  • Sitting on this page, while connected to the internet, will sync your flights.

  • If you're not seeing logs populate regularly, they're usually getting stuck in DJI

  • Especially if syncing from SmartControllers and RC Pros.
