If you are on an enterprise account and need to change emails, please contact your account admin, Support@Aloft.ai, or chat with us using the tool in the bottom-right corner.
If you're on a free account, follow these steps:
Log into the web dashboard: https://air.aloft.ai/
Head to Manage > Users > Select your name
Tap the "edit" pencil icon in the top right.
Then select "Change Email" on the right-hand panel.
Enter the desired email address.
You'll receive a verification code at the new email.
Enter that code to confirm the change.
