Workflow Setup: Checklists

More about Checklists in Air Control

Updated over a year ago

A staple of preflight safety procedures are checklists.

For example, many SOPs call for initial flight area evaluations, possible HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) checks, and ultimately an equipment preflight checklist for the aircraft. Checklists can be customized for each organization, team, and role.

Checklists can be managed from the Manage > Procedures > Checklists screen.

Once added to a workflow, checklists can also be optional or required.

Pilots in the app, logging their workflows in the field, will general logs to record the procedure. Admins can view individual checklist logs by going to Manage > Logs > Checklists. Completed checklists conducted alongside flight activity will appear within this section.

Another important part of the workflow is risk assessments.

Or, skip to Completing the Workflow to understand how these steps get logged.
