Why Enterprise?

What's included in the enterprise version?

Updated over a week ago

Air Control was built to handle everything from managing personal drone activity all the way up to organizing teams of commercial drone operators and keeping track of all the needed safety and compliance info. Team management is one of the main reasons to consider the switch, and there are lots of other benefits as well.

Here's a quick graphic on some of the differences:

Additional tools are available for professional operators, like multiple import integrations so you can seamlessly sync your flights with other accounts from DJI, Skydio, Autel, and Dronelink.

For more seamless team management and coordination, there are tools to layer custom airspace information into the account so the team has clear instructions when it comes to certain waivers, COAs, or land-use agreements. You can also use the same web tools to file airspace authorization on behalf of other pilots when the need arises.

An enterprise account opens up more advanced workflow tools and tagging for better organization. These ultimately correspond with alerts and reporting. There are other tools as well like the encrypted live streaming with audio built-in. Here's an example of what the reporting dashboard looks like to keep an eye on the health of the day-to-day operations and make sure your drones and pilots stay current and up to date:

Behind the scenes, Aloft is SOC 2 Type II and ISO27001 compliant, meaning we use all the latest encryption standards and security practices, as well as go through annual security audits that make IT teams across the world very happy.

The Dynamic Airspace maps you see in Air Control are the same layers that power the FAA's B4UFLY application. As a UAS Service Supplier (LAANC Provider) with the FAA, Aloft is powering over 85% of all drone authorizations (LAANC) in the US.

For solo operators and small teams, the enterprise version of Air Control starts at $450/user per year. There are limited-use options for small teams available (up to 5 users), API, and Tile Server options available. We're happy to review what's best for your team.

Along with priority support and troubleshooting, there is additional support material available for more details about specific features.
